Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life Elmbank abounds with creature comforts and is the perfect base in which to relax, explore stunning countryside or find romance and adventure.

Elmbank can organise many added extras to make your stay even more pleasurable. A chef for the night or a stretched limo? We will endeavor to fulfil any special requests.

Weekly Lets:

Weekly lets run from Saturday to Saturday, although check in - check out days may be negotiable during low season.

Whats Included:

Prices include linnen & towels. An adequate amount of logs and kindling, for flat 2 are provided free of charge. If more are required a small charge will be added on to the final bill. Electricity and gas will be charged by the unit (£25 is the average cost over a week stay).

Short Breaks:

Short breaks are subject to availability and are usually from Friday to Monday (3 nights) and Monday to Friday (4 nights).

Short breaks and flexible bookings may be made in advance at any time, from October to April, excluding Easter, Christmas, New Year and October holiday weeks, when bookings are available from Saturday - Saturday for 7 nights

Flat One
The family room at Elmbank Bed and Breakfast

This cosy and luxurious three bed roomed flat comprises a Lounge, fully fitted Kitchen and Double ensuite bedroom. There is a further Twin room and Double room which share a superb shower room and toilet. The Lounge is equipped with sumptuous sofas and a 42" LCD TV. There is full central heating throughout.

Flat Two
The double room at Elmbank Bed and Breakfast

This large and luxurious three bed roomed flat has two levels. The upper level has a fully fitted Kitchen, Dining Room and Lounge. Also a Family ensuite bedroom comprising of one double bed and one set of extra large bunk beds.

The lower level has one Double ensuite bedroom, a Twin room and a Box room with two single beds. There is also a Bathroom on this level.

The Lounge features a sumptuous sofa bed, log burning stove and 37" LCD TV. Another large luxurious couch to curl up in ensures there is ample seating for everyone.

This flat has full central heating throughout, its own gable end entrance, access to the back garden and patio area equipped with chimnea, BBQ and patio furniture.
